牛の飼育頭数が多いとそれだけ世話も大雑把になると思われがちですが、むしろそれは逆です。重たい荷物運び、単純作業、汚物処理…。人間がやらなくても済む作業を機械に任せることでスタッフに余裕が生まれ、かえってちょっとした牛の体調変化に気付きやすくなったり、思いやりを牛に向けたりすることができるのです。

Heavy labor is left to machines.
This is dairy farming that is friendly to both people and cows.
It is often thought that the more cows you have, the rougher the care will be, but in fact, the opposite is true. Heavy lifting, simple tasks, waste disposal…. By leaving the tasks that do not require human labor to the machines, the staff has more time to take care of the cows, and in turn, they can easily notice small changes in the cows’ physical condition and show more consideration to the cows.
This is the purpose of introducing the latest technology: to enable the staff to pay close attention to each cow in order for them to grow up healthy and happy.

ロータリーパーラー
ROTARY PARLOR
60頭が一度に搾乳できるロータリーパーラーは、スタッフが定位置で作業できるため効率性が高く、より多くの牛から搾乳することができます。
The rotary parlor, which can milk 60 cows at a time, allows staff to work in a fixed position for greater efficiency and milking of more cows.
給餌ロボット
FEEDING ROBOT
ストッカーの床がスライドして餌を運搬。人力では負担の大きいこの作業を自動化することで、牛がいつでも良質な飼料を食べる環境を提供できます。
The stocker floor slides to transport feed. By automating this work, which is too burdensome for human labor, we can provide an environment where cows can eat high-quality feed at any time.
自動餌よせロボット
FOOD MOVING ROBOT
牛は給餌したばかりのエサを押してしまう習性があるため、その散乱した餌を牛の口元に寄せることで採食量を増やすことができます。
Cows tend to push back the feed they have just fed. The robot pushes the feed back near the cow’s mouth, allowing the cow to eat more food.
空調の自動化（SECCO牛舎自動換気システム）
AIR CONDITIONING
牛舎内の温度を制御し、寒い北海道でも快適に過ごすことができます。真夏でも一定の温度が保たれるため、牛はかえって外にいるよりも居心地が良いのです。
The temperature inside the barn is controlled so that the cows can stay comfortable even in the cold season of Hokkaido. Even in mid-summer, the barn maintains a constant temperature, making the cows more comfortable than they would be outside.
コンピューター管理
COMPUTER MANAGEMENT
餌やりから種付けまで、乳牛はコンピューターで管理しています。これにより、観察や対応の必要な牛をいち早く見つけることができます。
From feeding to breeding, all dairy cows are managed by computer. This allows us to quickly identify cows that need to be observed and addressed.
ふん尿処理の機械化（急速堆肥発酵システムEYS）
COMPOSTING
自動的に通路の除ふんを行い、牛舎内を清潔に保ちます。排出された糞尿は急速堆肥発酵システムEYS 2基で、牛舎の敷料として生まれ液肥は牧草地に利用しています。
The discharged manure is processed in two EYS rapid compost fermentation systems. The solids are fermented and become odorless and are used as bedding in the barn. Liquid manure is used for pasture.
牛床用パスチャーマット
PASTURE MAT
常時牛舎内で過ごす牛の快適性を高めるため、弾力性のあるマットを設置しています。これにより、牛が楽に寝起きできるようになります。
To increase the comfort of cows that spend time in the barn at all day, resilient mats are installed. This allows cows to sleep and get up with ease.
自動制御照明
AUTOMATIC LIGHTING
牛舎内で毎日適切な光を照射することで、規則正しい昼夜のリズムを設け、牛の健康を促進します。必要なときにだけ点灯するのでエネルギーの節約にもなります。
Providing adequate light in the barn each day establishes a regular day/night rhythm and promotes cow health. It also saves energy because the light is turned on only when needed.
